**Return and Exchange Period**
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
**Return Conditions for Goods of Proper Quality**
You can return or exchange an item if:
1. The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear, such as scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.
2. The item is fully complete and retains its original factory packaging.
3. All tags and factory labels are intact.
4. The item maintains its original appearance and consumer properties.
According to the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," the company may refuse a return or exchange of goods of proper quality if they fall under the categories listed in the current List of Non-Food Products of Proper Quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
